DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER!
DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER! Awful experience from start to finish. Karrie's demeanor was terrible throughout but culminating in cancelling by email 24 hours before without apology. No compensation for costs paid out on their behalf. Tried to settle this privately and have been ignored. What a waste of time.

A definite one star for this 'company'. We should have realised right in the first instance when emails from Karrie were unprofessional and sometimes downright rude! Her telephone manner was unfortunately not an improvement either. This culminated in the worst possible outcome when she cancelled BY EMAIL 24 hours before the wedding. Considering there is a crew filming on the day and she was the only one with the crisis, this was totally unacceptable. She stated she was the only driver, so she must be employing 16 year olds who cannot drive?? Go elsewhere if you can.

VERY DISAPOINTING SERVICE .... We feel that we have to write this review to let other couples know how disappointed we were with the customer service we got from Electra Films, we ordered the Top Notch Package and felt after speaking with Karrie at a wedding fair we would get a excellent service from start to end, deposits were paid and prior to our meeting we were emailed asking for the balance to be paid, this was paid immediately and we requested confirmation that the payment had been received, just over a week later we had our meeting to go through the wedding day etc. We both felt Karrie was very patronising and belittling, when asked why she hadn’t acknowledged receipt of payment she informed us she doesn’t email over the weekend as she is so busy, we pointed out we had paid her 9 days ago she then said she didn’t want to lose the mail thread, which didn’t seem like a reason at all.
On the day we cannot fault the two videographers at all, they were very good and we didn’t feel like they were there at all.10/10
About 4 weeks after the wedding we phoned Karrie to get an update on our video as we had heard nothing at all, and was told in non busy periods it would take around 8 weeks, we got married in October so we felt this was a non busy period. We were then informed that if we read our contract they state up to 12 weeks and that she should stop telling people 8 weeks. We called again on week 11 and were informed that the video had not even been sent for editing yet; we had a load more waffle from Karrie about why she was behind. When we pointed out that we had not even had the sneak preview which on their website is put on line ASAP and that November and December weddings had their sneak previews available we were then given some more waffle and promised the sneak preview, which was put on line a couple of days later,
We chased again after 14 weeks and were told that the DVD was still not finished but yet again we were given more waffle and no firm date to when we would receive the DVDs.
After 16 weeks we were told that our DVDs were available and were sent one copy to check. We approved this on the same day and asked Karrie to send out the remaining DVDs on the Monday, these were not received on Tuesday, with no communication from Karrie to say there had been a problem, after texting asking if they had been sent the response we received was that they were waiting for ink from Amazon and as it was late they would not be sent on Tuesday, Expecting the DVDs on Wednesday we waited till Thursday and after chasing again we were given more waffle to why she could not send them until the ink was dry, we final received them on the Friday, 16 weeks after we got married.
Be prepared for a lot of chasing, the only time you will hear from Electra is when they want paying...Would recommend you do not pay the full amount until you receive the final DVDs.

Thank you so much for the DVDs and photo disks.
The video is amazing, you chose perfect places to put our music choices in. We were all in floods of tears watching it back, and loads of laughter too. It was really nice to see the moments you captured that myself and Andy didn’t get to see on the day. Dad loves it and I’m sure he’ll be watching it at any opportunity he gets.
The photos are great and thank you for giving us another copy for my parents.
We are both really pleased with everything, you’ve done a great job.

We absolutely love the pictures!! I said to Kyle that I would be happy with just 4 or 5 good ones, but you’ve captured us so perfectly that we love them all.

I just wanted to say how much Julie and I love our wedding album. It really captured the joy we all felt on the day.
Thank you for all your hard work on this - as I know we may have seemed fussy at certain points. Tthe results are fantastic!
My parents think it’s great too. So now, we shall embark on a UK tour so that we can show our friends and families!
