If you're wedding planning, avoid this shop. They left me without bridesmaid dresses four weeks before the wedding
They ordered the wrong colour, which I could have come around to, but the alterations were appauling. The lady that pinned the girls into the dresses was not the seamstress, the seamstress never saw the girls so I don't see how she can alter a dress to fit each individual without seeing their shape/body type.
Gemma can talk the talk, will tell you everything is in hand but the lack of organisation becomes more apparent the longer you spend speaking to her.
The only saving grace in this shop is Alison, who deals with the suits. Her customer service and skill in measuring for suits was brilliant, can't praise her enough.
However, the suits smelled like damp when they arrived, not all the shirts were pressed some still had dirty collars, 3 of the 6 suits were from an older collection and were a slightly different colour to the others and had 3 buttons the sleeves as opposed to the others which had four. All small issues but to someone who believes that this is the most important day of their lives attention to detail is important.
I would hate for someone to be let down and be as dissappointed in the bridesmaid dresses as I was, let alone the bridal gown. Please avoid this shop!
