Alex has been a full time professional photographer for two years since graduating from Lincoln University with an honours degree in contemporary photography. He has worked for one of the top photographic studios in the U.K, and won six gold photographic awards from the Society of Professional Wedding and Portrait Photographers in 2010.

You may have spent years planning your perfect day, thinking of every nuance that will make your wedding a day never to forget. How will you feel while you are getting ready to walk down the aisle? When you say I do? How will you look? What sort of wedding will you have? Maybe a Spring wedding, while the blooms are emerging and lambs are in the fields, A summer wedding, when the warm sun keeps the celebrations going outside till the wee hours? Perhaps an autumnal wedding, when the burgundy leaves add a splash of harvestime colour to your day, or maybe even a winter wedding, full of everything that sparkles? Whatever wedding you choose to have, every wedding will be different, bespoke and unique to you and you alone, and this is how I believe you should treat your photography.
I believe the sense of individuality and identity one can find in each wedding, makes each union special, and different to the last. Whether you want something more reserved, something edgy and modern, or possibly a more traditional look, I try to photograph each couple in a way that suits their personalities and not how I think they should look, though I am never far away with friendly advice and guidance should you ever get stuck! After all it is my job to photograph weddings, and after plenty of different experiences, I have a lot of advice to offer!
