Avica Bridal | Wedding Dress Shops - Watford, Hertfordshire

I'm writing this review so no one has to go through what i had to go through today.
End of november i went to avica and found what i thought to be my dress put down a holding deposit (regret it big time) and  in writing from the owner that she will refund it if i change my mind other wise i wouldn't of put a holding deposit down.
Went back again the 5th of January tried the dress on again and had second thoughts so said i'd think about it.
I went and saw other dresses and found the perfect one, so i was going to go in there today and get the refund back but i had a phone call before i left from the owner and she said she wasn't going to refund me even though i had it in writing then started saying about citizens advice bureau.
My dad then spoke to her and told her by law where she stands.
 She then starts screaming at my dad.
Which i'm not having.
So me and my sister went down to Avica to get my money back like she said she would and it would  be no problem.
That turned in to an hour and a half of her being rude and lying to the point where i lost my temper. (which i never do) She was being so rude to my sister calling her nasty even though she didn't say anything nasty.
Then excuse after excuse, she couldn't give a refund on her cash machine because she didn't have a supervisor  card.
The cash point was broken, she didn't have online banking list goes on.
In the end she did it through online banking.....
The dresses are made in china and your adjustments are made in another location which she failed to tell me the first time round.
I have never met a women so rude, please please don't put yourself through it for a cheaper dress because if there is a problem you will have a similiar issue to me.
I found a perfect dress half the price and the people are really nice.
Any one that feels the need to insult your familyand be rude if you want a refund is not worth going to.
