Isaac Charles
Isaac Charles have been amazing and I haven't even got my dress yet.
I went and chose my dress back in April 2015 and all the staff were very lovely and I just loved the whole experience.
Over the summer I was having doubts about my dress (which I always thought was stunning) and I contacted the store. They were fantastic. They looked into what I could do about my dress and found that there was still time to change the dress if I wanted to.
They booked me in for an appointment straight away and both Nicola and Dawn were great. I tried loads more dresses on and they both gave really good advice on how I could alter my original choice if I wanted to change it.
I have since then decided to stick with the original dress and take on alteration advice.
I can't wait for the dress to come in the shop and the fittings to start.
Thank you to everyone at Isaac Charles for putting my mind at rest and helping me with the dress of my dreams.
