Bernie The Dressmaker | Wedding Dress Shops - Birmingham, West Midlands

I can not fault her work as she made me a fantastic outfit, however the owner of the establishment is rude she had the cheek to comment on my children stating that she never heard what I said properly regarding what I wanted her to make due to me having two screaming children with me well I am sorry that my 2 year old and 18 month old children was not to your liking. I showed her a simple design which she agreed to do and then backtracked and said I did not show her a picture of what I wanted and did not leave her a picture mmmm if I never shown her a picture how would she of known how to make it. All it was is that she forgot to put the bow on the outfit. I also wanted a bow on a t shirt when I came to give her the ribbon for the bow she stated that she does not make bows and it has to be sent off to be specially made ( when I went to pick up the outfit and gave Bernie the t-shirt to put the bow on it completely slipped my mind that I said I would provide the ribbon for this to be made, I then went and brought the ribbon for her to then tell me bulls*** not happy at all) . First off all this woman is a dressmaker so how can she not make bows out of ribbon baffles me and second off all she could of told me all this before hand instead of acting like I did not give her any information about what was required . Bernie is a good dress maker I will give her that but I will not be using this establishment AGAIN! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Very Rude and Unprofessional 

I used Bernie for alterations on my wedding dress. I was very happy and I would recommend her to anybody. She is fantastic and very fairly priced. I paid a lot cheaper than I expected and she did everything on my dress PERFECT.  She's a very nice lady and very talented I would use her again and again. Excellent service!
