Wedding Planning:
Ebony Victoria's memorable occasions has 3 main packages on offer and also a few individual services available for the wedding side of the business. These include:
Orchid package,
- Consultation (up to 2hrs)
- 3 venue searches, includes all information on the venues, with an appointment to view the premises
- Suppliers, caterers, florists, suit rentals, stationary, bakers
- Decoration of venue and clean up
- Full planning: emails, phone calls, chasing up orders
- Seating plan if needed
- On the day service, arriving at the time stated by the client, check and follow up with suppliers, and guests running late, oversee the day goes smoothly
- Take down next day
Peony package,
- Consultation (1hr)
- 2 venue searches includes all information on the venues, with an appointment to view the premises
- A choice of 2 suppliers (finding them two suppliers of their choice, i.e. baker, and caterer if needed and arrange a consultation with them)
- Stationery
- On the day service arriving at the time stated by the client, check and follow up with suppliers, and guests running late, oversee the day goes smoothly
Lily package,
- 2 x venue search includes all information on the venues, with an appointment to view the premises
- On the day service arriving at the time stated by the client, check and follow up with suppliers, and guests running late, oversee the day goes smoothly.

(Venue searches) Daffodil package:
- Two venues with all information and rough cost for clients, from
(Supplier search) Sweet pea package:
- Up to 3 different suppliers: florists, baker, bridal shops, caterers, Jewellers, etc. from (Information and price list from each supplier)
(Decoration of venue) Gerbera package and including:
- Arrive at venue early
- Flower arrangement if needed
- Table laying
- Bridal suite décor
- Full set up and take down
(On the day service): Dahlia package (hourly rate after 6pm)
- Arriving at venue site
- Check everything is in order and the set up is being done, helping venue if needed
- Chasing up suppliers
- Any issues arising, quickly sorted
- Any last minute errands
- Oversee the ceremony and evening
- Making sure everything runs on time and via the schedule

- Budget breakdown
- 12 month time line
- 1 x supplier of your choice
- List of what items/services needed
- Help with colour scheme
- Additional help and advice with favours, and handmade items
