Over 15 years experience in making and decorating celebration cakes. Professional catering qualifications gained at the College of Food and Domestic Arts, I particularly enjoyed patisserie at college, and went on later to night school where I learned how to decorate cakes experience in both Royal Icing and Fondant Icing.
Registered to the local authority level 5 in Hygiene for food premises I also have a level 2 qualification in food hygiene so your cake is in safe hands!
