Bought an expensive pocket watch for my husband for our wedding. It broke after 3 weeks and broke again immediately after their 'repair'. They say it's our fault and refuse replacement or refund. The watch won't even wind once without breaking. They are clearly happy to blame the customer profit margins are good.
When you send your purchase back for repair, check the condition you send it in. Our watch came back scratched and they refuse to accept responsibility for this too.
