Unlike most wedding dress shops in the Warwickshire area, Amore Plus has invested in only plus sizes. That means our wedding dresses and bridal gowns start at size 16 and go right up to size 36 plus. Look no dress
This woman is a rogue, the best thing about this business is that it is no longer trading. My daughters dress was purchased in July 2014 and paid in full (shop insisted on cash as it was a sale item) and dress left in storage. In January 15 discovered that shop had gone - taking dress as well! Unable to get any response from phone, email and snail mail. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY for the total loss of money and the heroic attempt to ruin my daughters wedding. The police do not consider this as theft - what else is it?
Have now bought another dress - as a pensioner this is something I can't really afford.
If anyone knows where this woman is - I would like some contact details.
In short a nasty piece of work. This deserves a negative star rating.

No wedding dress
I was left with no wedding dress weeks before my big day. How dare she ruin our special day like this. She must have no heart.
For anyone who had items which were in the shop contact Hinson Parry and Company on 01782713444. They are the valuers who have her stock. they can get in touch with owner.

I also had terrible dealings with amore plus, my wedding dress turned up two days before the wedding and it had to be altered.
As a gesture lorrell said she would clean and box my dress, so after the wedding i dropped it off and after reading your email i will never get my £1500 wedding dress back.
I dont know if you are aware that she owns the bidal shop on the other side off the road called Samanthas.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
For all brides to be please please please take my advice and do not visit this shop.
I ordered my dress in March 2014 and handed over a £750.00 deposit, dress was expected in September 2014 but never received.
Phone calls, emails not responded to and today at the end of my tether went to the store to find it closed with a pile of post inside which suggests the owner has not opened up for a while.
I have since rang the designer who confirmed that my dress was never ordered!!
Luckily I have found my knights in shining armour and my dress has been purchased through a very good boutique.
I do not know how the owner of this store sleeps at night...

I HAVE 6 weeks to go and no dress. Lorell will not return my calls or answer the door or any emails. I ordered my dress in February and have spent the last few months calling to chase it up to no reply. I drove there in September and managed to catch her in the shop where she told me she had been ill and unable to answer my calls for the last 2 weeks. She assured me my dress would be coming in in November and I have spent every day trying to call the shop and leaving answerphone messages and I have had NO return calls. Drove down again today (40 miles) to find shop closed no sign of her. This woman should be ashamed of herself as she has left many brides without a dress or even an explanation for her behaviour. The fact that I have to give her 1 star as it won't publish without a rating makes me feel ill.

The same happened to me but I found a super place in Kenilworth ( Warwickshire) called Lily Rose. The ladies were so helpful and I got a beautiful gown. Hope this helps.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP
Dress ordered and paid for in July 14 paid in full 2 weeks before the wedding no dress you email phone face book them put notes through the door nobody replies. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SHOP AS YOU WILL NOT RELIEVE YOUR GOOD THEY HAVE NOT EVEN PAID THE SUPPLIER OF THE DRESS SO ANOTHER WEDDING RUINED.

Why can't I select 0 stars? Do not use this shop. My partner and I are getting marrried on 11th October (two weeks time). My partner was told in March, when she ordered her dress and shoes, that they'd never let anyone down and they always had their dresses in on time. Months passed and the date the dress was due passed. My partner couldn't get the shop owner to respond to phone calls. She visited with her Mum and they were told the dress wasn't in. Time was pressing for the wedding, so they said they weren't going to leave without a dress. My partner picked an ex-display dress. The shop then agreed to alter the dress and have it dry cleaned for a set date. No shoes at all yet. The new date comes around and again we find ourselves chasing the shop for info, we go in and finally get the altered dress back from the third party seamstress. Minor alterations are still required - we instruct the seamstress that we'd like to see her elsewhere from the shop because they are so hard to get hold of. We are picking up the dress this weekend (a week to go). We are going to have to get the dress dry cleaned ourselved. Still no sign of shoes from Amore Plus. I am now visiting on a daily basis and the manageress is refusing to see me. She has £65 of our money and she has not provided our shoes and isn't seeing me to provide a refund or explanation. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP - YOU WILL REGRET IT BITTERLY!! Lorelle - the manageress is a charlatan and a liar. It is her job to help people with their special day. It would seem she has set out to ruin my partner's.
