A little bit more information

Paws and Partnerships, Pet Chaperoning For Weddings in Sedgley. Pet Chaperoning For Weddings, Unusual Wedding Ideas.

Welcome and Congratulations! You have started out on a wonderful journey together in your lives and are no doubt planning to celebrate your love and commitment to each other with friends and family...

...well, now you can have your whole family with you...
...because your dogs can come too!

I am a Veterinary Nurse and professional dog chaperone based in the Midlands.  I have vast experience with couples just like you who are planning their special day. So I understand how important the day is too and how important it is that your dogs are well looked after all day too!

There are lots of ways that you can get your dog involved in your special day:

  • during the ceremony as a ring bearer with a cushion to carry or your rings attached with a ribbon collar and bow
  • during the photography, how cute would your bridesmaid look hugging your pooch!
  • in the bridal car, or just waiting to meet you at your church or venue
  • or just as a very special guest

There can be as much or as little involvement as you want, but one thing is for sure, you won't have to worry about your best friend all day as I will discretely look after their needs and make sure they get to the church on time!

I am a professional dog chaperone, experienced, insured and CRB checked. This means that your venue is more likely to allow your dog to attend with you.

If you don't want your furry pals there all day  - or not at all - I can be with them in your home, keeping them company and giving them walks, play , fuss and attention so you can get on with enjoying your special day with out having to worry about them. Then I can leave them in the wee small hours safetly tucked up in bed after a fun packed day.

I am used to working with photographers so can be discrete and stay out of the way of photographs while allowing your dog to get in on the posing!

Most clients ask me to walk the dog away from the home while they get ready for the ceremony, then return to the home, wash and dry their dog and arrive at the requested time for the service, photos or reception. Dogs can also be trained to carry a ring cushion or wear a costume such as a floral ring around their necks. No matter how  you decide to get your dog/s involved you know they are in safe hands all day long.

I can also attend just for an hour or two if you prefer.
