Fantastic service, lovely people
I have just visited Formal Affair Solihull, and have to say that it was a lovely experience. Being a 'suit novice', the ladies at Formal Affair were very helpful and patient while I tried different sizes on and advised me thoroughly on all tuxedo options... I thought there was only one :-) Thank you, and highly recommended.

Poor service
Service was poor, measurements made hastily and incorrectly. Sizes and items received were not as ordered. Some items had been previously damaged and had shoddy repair work.
