The Eden Hotel Collection have announced Adam Brown’s appointment as Head Chef of the newly acquired Brockencote Hall Hotel, a Victorian country estate in the heart of Worcestershire already renowned for its fine dining.

The former Head Chef of the Eden Hotel Collection’s Arden Hotel has already left his mark on the Stratford dining scene with his sophisticated cooking and innovative menus that resulted in two AA Rosettes for the hotel’s restaurant shortly after opening – a remarkable achievement.

Since its opening in summer 2010, The Waterside Brasserie at The Arden has significantly raised the bar for other restaurants in the town under Adam’s careful guidance.

Adam Brown learnt his trade in prestigious and award-winning kitchens across the country, training under Michelin starred Chefs Gordon Ramsay, David Everitt-Matthias and Simon Haigh, Executive Chef for the Eden Hotel Collection.

Adam, who ran his first kitchen at just twenty five years of age, has already won recognition for his culinary talents as he has progressed through the ranks, including Coventry Chef of the Year and finalist Midlands Chef of the Year.

Brockencote Hall Hotel currently holds two AA Rosettes and Adam Brown’s culinary flair and passion for his trade, combined with his commitment to using sustainable, seasonal local produce, promises even greater things for the fan base of loyal diners.

Adam commented,

“I am looking forward to be part of Eden Hotel Collection’s plans at Brockencote Hall and it is exciting to be taking on the challenge of a new kitchen. The hotel is amazing and has incredible potential; we are hoping to take it to a whole new level”.
