Everyone loves a wedding and what the whole country needs right now is a right royal one, to lift us up.
Prince William and Kate Middleton will marry on Friday 29 April at Westminster Abbey, and even though we don't all have a wedding invitation to attend the Abbey, we'll be glued to our iphones or TV screens as William vows his love to his beloved Kate.
But there will be some of our brides and grooms who will also have this wedding date planned. One possible silver lining is that when the Royals celebrate their key anniversaries over the decades, who knows, you might be in with a chance of a special garden party invitation too.
