Why do manufacturers assume that everyone is a size 10? The average size these days seems to be 14/16, and those of us who are even bigger still want to look stylish and elegant, not like someone's granny just because we can't find appropriate clothing. Manufacturers seem to cater for teenagers and much older ladies, but there is very little available for ladies between 40 and 60. Fortunately at Classique we have managed to track down a superb supplier who offers some fabulous stylish outfits at affordable prices - hooray - at last someone with some vision - a clothing range aimed at the people who seem to have the most disposable income.

retailers beware

Beware of Eastern European gypsies doing the round of shops, helping themselves to stock - garments disappearing into pockets of their voluminous skirts. We recently lost 8 evening dresses, a laptop and a mobile in the space of 5 minutes before we even realised what had happened. Distraction is the key - they apparently always have a child or children with them who cause chaos to distract your attention away from the adults who are stealing stock. Obviously insurance doesn't cover this as walk in thefts are not covered at all - keep a close eye out as police say they are going the rounds! I was going to say I hope they are proud of themselves, but they obviously have no pride, morals or consideration for others.

Thanks for this alert Samantha

We're sorry you've been subjected to this outrageous crime, but thanks for alerting all our business owners about it.
"Be alert at all times everyone"
I had it done to me at home once: a gypsy called and asked if she could urgently use the toilet. Much to my better judgement I said yes. She cleared out my bathroom, towels, soaps, paper and even had the nerve to ask if I had any children's clothes and food as her kids were hungry. She even too a big bag of sweets - anything she could get her hands on. Thank goodness in those days, we didn't have office equipment here.
Thanks again Samantha.
