After months of nail-biting, Celtic Clan has been selected to play at The Guinness stage at Cheltenham on St Patrick's Day (17th March).

This is a huge opportunity for this Birmingham-based group, as approximately 10,000 people will pass through the Tattersall enclosure throughout the day. "We'll be seen by so many new people," says band leader Ruth Graham, "I can't wait to get going."

The band is busy putting together their 5 hours (!) of material for the day, and their planned set list will vary from traditional Irish tunes through to mixed party music, plus some surprising twists on the old classics.

Celtic Clan works both to backing tracks and acoustically, and with such a huge range of material is ideal for every type of wedding or celebration.
