Moor Hall Hotel and Spa | Wedding Reception Venues - Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands

My husband and I recently held our wedding day at Moor Hall and I can honestly say that all the staff, the venue and food were wonderful. When we first went to view the venue and the rooms, we were really impressed by the wedding packages and the staff and throughout the planning process, Joanne, the Events Coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly and was on hand to answer my (many and sometimes daily) questions! The team made the actual wedding day even more special, decorating the room beautifully and providing delicious food. They were able to cater to our guests’ dietary requirements too, and were helpful and accommodating to small changes we needed to make along the way. Most brides get a little stressed out by the planning process, and I wanted to know that the day would go to plan, however, the team at Moor Hall put my mind at rest, and Jamie (The Master of Ceremonies) explained everything to us throughout, and made sure nothing was forgotten. All our guests had a fantastic time, and commented on how brilliant the venue was and how helpful the staff were. Many of our guests booked rooms for the night and stayed for breakfast, which was lovely. Overall I couldn’t recommend Moor Hall enough, and I want to thank everyone, Jamie and Jo especially, for everything they did to give us a beautiful wedding day.

This weekend we were treated to the wonderful service of Moor Hall Hotel and Spa at Samantha & Daniel's wedding. It was such a gorgeous day and was an absolute treat to spend it in the sunshine in the stunning grounds. The staff were all absolutely wonderful,especially Jamie Hall who is a credit to your team, very polite, professional and accommodating . Nothing was too much to ask for and everyone had such a great day. Thank you, we look forward to visiting you again :)

My daughter and new son in law held their wedding at Moor Hall Hotel. The staff were universally professional, and ensured that the event progressed smoothly. Individual needs of the guests were met. The meal was delicious, the surroundings beautiful and the weather was amazing. As a consequence we all had a wonderful time. I unreservedly recommend this wedding venue.

Thank you to all the staff who helped make my daughters wedding reception so memorable. The Charter suite was transformed to a most beautiful setting for the wedding breakfast. The food was excellent & service was prompt friendly & professional.

We were very fortunate to hold our wedding at Moor Hall on Valentine's Day. We could not have wished for a better day. Everything went perfectly. All of our family and friends have commented positively on the food, the service and the hotel staff. We would like to thank Jamie for his organisation and care throughout the day. He was brilliant. We recently celebrated our wedding with you and wanted to say a massive thank you! We are so over the moon we chose Moor Hall as a venue and would recommend to anyone! The venue is absolutely beautiful and got lots of lovely comments from both our guests and vendors. I stopped overnight prior to the wedding with my mom and bridesmaids and got top notch service on this evening as well as the day of my wedding. All of the staff were fantastic with Sally and Jo handling our wedding planning in a very professional and helpful manner that put our minds at ease throughout the process. Marina in particular was wonderful on the day making sure nobody had anything to worry about and keeping us smiling throughout, she is a truly lovely lady that helped make our day even more fabulous. Our bar staff and servers were funny, charming and professional and happy to help ... one particular lovely young man was very good and even offered us to keep the cork from our toast wine. We were all looked after so well, the food was amazing and both day and evening guests complemented how wonderful this was! It really felt like the hotel was ours for the day and in the evening our honeymoon suite was simply stunning with our cake knife gift adding an extra sparkle to an already fantastic day!
We will be back next year for our anniversary. Moor Hall you have outdone yourselves thank you so much for being such wonderful hosts, we raise our glasses to you and all that helped us.
